Meet Dr. Gabrielle Nguyen (Plano, TX)

Gabrielle Nguyen, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2022 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018.

Born and raised in North Carolina, Dr. Nguyen was inspired to become an optometrist after years of wearing glasses and contacts as a child. Her own optometrist made every visit enjoyable by taking the time to explain each step of care and getting to know her personally. That experience, along with her love of science and connection with people, led her to pursue a career in optometry.

Dr. Nguyen is passionate about providing her patients with clear and comfortable vision while ensuring they fully understand their eye health. She especially values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Outside of the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
